Shipping Information
Order Processing
• Orders require 4 to 5 business days to prepare and pack before they are shipped.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
At Ozalée Beachwear, we ship all orders directly from our sunny island of Mauritius via DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery to our customers around the world.
Mauritius
Standard shipping: Rs 320 (delivery within 1–2 business days)
Europe
We currently ship to the following European countries:
France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Monaco, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein
Standard shipping: €18 (delivery in 3–6 business days)
Africa & Indian Ocean Islands
We currently ship to:
South Africa, Seychelles, Madagascar, La Réunion, Mayotte, Morocco, Egypt
Standard shipping: €16 (delivery in 4–8 business days)

Customs and Duties
• Ozalée Beachwear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order.
• These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend becoming familiar with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Delays
• Occasionally, customs or courier delays may occur. These are beyond Ozalée Beachwear’s control.
• In such cases, please use your tracking number to monitor your shipment and contact the shipping company directly for updates.

Important Notes
• Items sent back outside the 7-day return window or without meeting the return conditions will not be accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear without the protective lining or items showing signs of wear will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item if the size doesn’t fit or if there is a defect.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
• Returned items must show no visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@ozaleebeachwear.com to initiate your return process.
2. Prepare the Item: Repack the product in its original packaging, making sure it is secure for shipment.

Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error in your order.
Inspection and Exchange
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with an exchange, provided all return conditions are met.
• Please note that we currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
