Important Notes

• Items returned outside the 14-day return window or not meeting the return conditions may not be accepted.

• For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective lining intact and show no signs of wear to be eligible for exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

 Returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery if the size doesn’t fit or if the item is defective.

All items must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Returned items must show no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Please note that we offer exchanges only. Refunds are issued only in the case of a defective item.
